Overview

Toll Brothers specializes in building luxury homes and is one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. ReVireo helps Toll Brothers build energy efficient homes throughout the Tri-State Area that qualify for the Federal Section 45L Tax Credit for Energy Efficient Home Builders of $2000 per home. These homes are comprised of a range of building types, including detached single-family homes, townhomes, and garden-style apartments.

ReVireo provides a comprehensive & strategic energy construction code compliance program for Toll Brothers, which includes doing Home Energy Rating System (HERS) ratings that set the foundation to successfully capture 45L Tax Credits. ReVireo coordinates with Toll Brothers corporate team, as well as each division team, to develop strategies to cost-effectively earn as many 45L Tax Credits as possible. ReVireo also helps Toll Brothers leverage local utility company energy efficiency rebate programs to offset costs to qualify for the 45L Tax Credit.

In the past three years, ReVireo was able to explicitly demonstrate the required energy savings for approximately 150 homes, allowing Toll Brothers to qualify for over $300,000 in 45L tax credits.
