Overview

Edge-on-Hudson is a unique and luxurious living experience on the Hudson River with sweeping panoramic views. This exclusive community offers well-appointed townhomes and apartments, all nestled among beautiful amenities and a walkable lifestyle. The neighborhood offers a stunning waterfront, new promenade, and full-service marketplace. Tree-lined streets create healthy foot and bike traffic around the community, which is only a short walk from Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow restaurants, shops, and Metro-North train lines offering fast service to Grand Central Station. It is easy to see how Edge-on-Hudson was named the 2021 Multifamily Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. 

The entire redevelopment of this site, which was once a General Motors Assembly Plant, is going to be certified under LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED ND). ReVireo worked with Toll Brothers to design and construct its buildings to satisfy LEED ND prerequisites and contribute to earning LEED credits in support of certification.  ReVireo performed energy modeling of all buildings during design and consulted to design the townhomes in the project to also meet ENERGY STAR Homes standards. This included specifying instantaneous hot water heaters and condensing furnaces.  During construction, ReVireo performed onsite inspections for ENERGY STAR standards as well as HVAC System Commissioning for compliance with NY State Energy Conservation Construction Code.
