Colts Run at Monroe is a luxury home community built in Monroe, NJ by Toll Brothers. All of the homes in this community were built to meet or exceed the standards of the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), thus making the homes much more energy efficient than the older resale homes.
For this and other communities throughout New Jersey, ReVireo provided Toll Brothers with energy code compliance services such as consulting and inspections in order to ensure all homes met energy code requirements. Included in these services were energy code calculations (REScheck), IECC compliance consulting, duct tightness inspections, and envelope tightness (Blower Door) inspections.
