Overview

CrownPoint Development Group developed 34 Bank Street, a mid-rise, multifamily project consisting of four apartment buildings and 126 units in total. The luxury apartments include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. ReVireo managed the project’s certifications, as well as the qualification for available incentives.  

ReVireo successfully managed the project’s ENERGY STAR Homes certification. ReVireo performed energy modeling during design and consulted with CrownPoint Development Group, specifying the necessary materials and equipment to meet ENERGY STAR Homes standards. ReVireo then performed verification inspections during construction, utilizing sampling protocols that allow for testing randomly sampled units instead of all of the units. This lessened the time required for inspections, reducing the cost to achieve certification. ReVireo helped CrownPoint Development Group achieve their goal of an energy-efficient building through ENERGY STAR Homes certification and qualified the project for over $100,000 in rebates from the New Jersey Clean Energy Program.
